Therapy Intake Assessment
60 Minute Session - $150
Individual Therapy Session
50-60 Minute Session - $130
Most insurance plans include behavioral health coverage, however, the exact coverage varies widely with the different health insurance plans. If planning to use insurance, contact your insurance company prior to our first appointment to understand your benefits and coverage. Ask about outpatient mental health coverage for 90791 and 90837 CPT codes. Tax identification number (TIN) is 88-1016583 and my Type 1 NPI is 1982132205. Even though I may be in-network with your insurance company, you may still need to meet a deductible before insurance pays for sessions.
